Ladies and gents, we are really excited to invite you to join us for the launch of our new EP! We came together as urchins scraping a living off the streets of Glasgow so it holds a special place in our hearts. And its always such a pleasure to play in Glasgow because everyone is so feckin up for it and its always a right good hooley! Joining us for the show we have some of Scotland's finest players: Ross Ainslie and Jarlath Henderson Banging Trad music from two of the best players around, bursting with energy and emotion. A fusion of pipes and flutes which pushes the boundaries of what the instruments can achieve in a performance which is a vibrant mix of new and original compositions along with traditional tunes. Dallahan- Irish, Scottish and Hungarian 5 piece who's songs and tunes have roots in Irish Trad music but encompass many global styles. The result? Original, exciting, high energy music that you can't help but jig about to. DJ Dolphin Boy- a unique entity. He has been an integral part of the positively evolving music scene in Scotland over the last 20 years and has also become one of Scotland’s favourite DJs and remixers. His open-minded musicality and ability to make even the folkiest of dirges sexy means he’s loved by the folkies and jazzers as well as by the hardcore clubbers on the dance floor. Hail Dolphin Boy. We love you you genre busting beat freak! Aidan O’Rourke (Lau, Kan) DJ Bobby Wilson- a wonder on the decks. You might know him from being at all of the best parties in Glasgow and around. Bobby generally brings the fire, makes everyone dance about like mad and rocks great sparkly outfits!! 9-3am Yaas!!

Having seen The John Langan Band at the stunning festival that is Knockengorroch in the Scottish highlands it is a great pleasure to have snuck a mid week booking into their UK tour as the travel from London to Edinburgh via K94. With stunning fiddle, double bass and guitar mixed with an immense voice and lyrics is no wonder that they sold out Shakespeares Globe before Christmas. Check out the video below. We then have our regions very own The Mighty and the Moon. It was a no brianer to ask this great band to play this show with John Langan and the guys and together they will put on an amazing show. There's only 80 tickets available with many sold already s Tickets are £6 Available from the venue and Eventbrite. "The John Langan Band offer a collection of songs and tunes that take us on a vertigo-inducing reel around European and American acoustic traditions delivered with a jagged, punky and irresistible edge. That a few guys from Glasgow could conspire to create such an immense sound between them is not unprecedented, but to achieve this with such lyrical and instrumental flair is a rare, rare thing"

London folks, it seems a bit odd to be posting about a party given the current climate and today's revelations … but to be honest, there has never been a greater need to drown one's sorrows, and never been a better occasion too!

We are still doing a ticket deal with Rumpus Vol 25: Wenches & Wrenches - have a look on the band FB page - and we will still have a few tickets on the door - so come and have a party with us this evening and maybe for a few hours we can forget this cataclysmic clusterfuck of an election.
